What can I expect when booking a Cheshire Limousine?

Should I choose a Limousine company by price?
The biggest mistake one could make when shopping for a Limousine service is shopping on price. In the Limousine industry, there are many variances of quality and price. Would you choose a restaurant or aeroplane flight on price alone? As with most things shopping solely by price can lead to a disappointing service. We are happy for you to visit us before booking to meet our staff and see our vehicles.

Can you guarantee me that we will be picked up on time?
Our Chauffeurs are told to collect you fifteen minutes before your actual collection time. This ensures that if your Chauffeur is delayed on route to collect you he will actually be early.

How many passengers can you carry?
The maximum passenger capacity of any of our vehicles is eight. It is illegal to carry more passengers than the vehicle is designed for.
All of our vehicles comply with laws regarding the number of emergency doors available for passengers.
Please contact us if you require additional passengers as we can arrange most things.

What can you tell me about the Chauffeur?
Your Chauffeur will be very smartly dressed and is trained to ensure that your journey exceeds your expectations. He will help with your luggage and any other requirements you may have.

Can we enjoy a few drinks on the journey?
Your Chauffeur will be pleased to open champagne and other bottles for you but if you choose to do so yourself we recommend that you hold the bottle firmly, facing away from all persons and turn the cork slowly.
Please remember that our roads are not always as smooth as we would like. We recommend filling glasses to just over half full to avoid the chances of a spillage spoiling your dress or dinner suit.

Is smoking permitted?
For the safety & comfort of our passengers, Cheshire Limousines operates a strict No Smoking policy.

Are your vehicles prepared in case of emergency?
All our vehicles are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and telephone.
